The Bloemencorso flower parade is one of the most well-known in Holland and one of the largest in the world. In 2026 the Flower Parade near Keukenhof will take place on 18 – 19 April 2026.

Dutch Flower Parade 2026 near Keukenhof in the short
Bloemencorso will officially start on 18 April 2026 at in Noordwijk. Around 15:45 the flower vagons will process along the road near the Keukenhof tulip gardens. Around 21:05 they will arrive to the old city of Haarlem, and on Sunday 19 April 2026 the flower compositions will remain in the streets of Haarlem till 17:00.

- Around De Engel and Ter Beek
- Hillegom – near McDonald’s & the water tower
- Outskirts of Hillegom
- Haarlemmerstraat heading towards the Linnaeushof
- The section following the Linnaeushof
- Prior to the town center of Bennebroek
Bloemencorso Flower Parade tickets 2026
Generally you don’t need a ticket to view the flower parade just standing along the road. But for your own comfort there is a possibility to book can a seat on tribunes. Prices in 2026 start from €27,50 for uncovered grandstand. Covered stands can be booked from €37,95. The Flower Parade tickets are sold out very quickly, especially in Lisse, Sassenheim and Hillegom.
Ticket prices range depending on location. Some locations have covered tribunes and guaranteede parking spot, and some are not. Some tickets also include lunch.

How do I get to the Flower Parade from Amsterdam?
Many travellers try to combine their visit to Keukenhof and the Flower parade in one day. However if you don’t like crownd, we recommend to choose another location (Sassenhein, Hillegom, Heemstede) for viewing the parade and plan your visit to Keukenhof for a later or earlier date.
On the day of Parade the roads around the Keukenhof tulip gardens will be closed between 14:00 and 17:00. You will not be able to enter or leave Keukenhof parking during this time.
Keukenhof direct transfers from Amsterdam will also operate on the Flower Parade. We recommend to book tickets in advance as the tickets on the Flower parade day often sell out even before the start of the season.
Visit the Flower Parade at its end destination, in Haarlem, is a great option as well. We recommend to book a hotel in Haarlem and enjoy the flower parade in the dark or early in the morning.
There are dozens of nice hotels in Haarlem. We recommend:

Illuminated Evening Flower Parade in Noordwijkerhout
On Friday evening 17 April 2026 you can see the flower parade in the evening light. At 21:00 the illuminated floats with thousands will drive through the village of Noordwijkerhout.

FAQ about the Flower parade near Keukenhof in 2026
You don’t need to buy a ticket for the Bollenstreek Bloemencorso flower parade if you just want to watch it from the roadside along the route That viewing is free of charge. However, if you want a reserved seat on a grandstand/tribune with better views and facilities, or tour with transfer from Amsterdam, then you do need to buy a ticket for that.
We recommend to watch the Flower parade at its final destination, in Haarlem. On Saturday 18 April 2026, the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek flower parade will arrive there around 21:05. On 19 April 2026 the flower displays will remain in Haarlem till 17:00.
In general, you can visit both Keukenhof and the Bloemencorso flower parade in one day, but it often ends up being very busy: the parade attracts large crowds and the roads near Keukenhof are closed on parade day.
