During the day time you can travel from Schiphol to Amsterdam by the express bus line 397. At night, from midnight to 05:00, the night bus N97 (Niteliner) takes over. The bus line 397 will take you from Schiphol Plaza to Leidseplein and Museum Square (Museumplein) in 30 minutes. The night bus makes more stops, therefore you travel time will be longer.
