Ready for the Dutch Grand Prix in 2026? Save the date!

  • Dates: 21 – 23 August 2026.
  • Place in Zandvoort, the Netherlands.

This is the final Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. The contract between Zandvoort and Formula 1 ends after the 2026 race, and the circuit will not return to the calendar in 2027. This edition will also feature the first-ever F1® Sprint held at Zandvoort – a fitting send-off after five years back on the F1 calendar.

Tickets availability

Official weekend tickets (Saturday and/or Sunday) sold directly through the Dutch Grand Prix are already sold out. Numbered seats with a great view over the circuit are still available here for all three days – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Keep in mind that transportation to and from the circuit is not included, so plan your travel separately (see the section below).

Zandvoort aan Zee is one of the beach resorts in the Netherlands 40 km away from Amsterdam. It’s famous for its long North Sea beach as well as impressive coastal dunes merging with the Nationaal Park Zuid-Kennemerland.

Zandvoort Circuit

The Zandvoort Circuit is internationally renowned and boasts a rich history as a Formula 1 venue. It hosted Formula 1 races from 1952 to 1985, before the sport made its much-anticipated return in 2021 after a 36-year hiatus. In 2026, Zandvoort will once again welcome the Dutch Grand Prix for the fifth consecutive year.

How to get to Zandvoort during F1?

All Formula 1 visitors have purchased a personal travel package (park+ride, park+bike or train) in combination with their ticket.

The number of trains to and from Zandvoort will be increased to 12 trains in each direction per hour. You can travel to Zandvoort from Schiphol airport by train via Amsterdam or Haarlem. The official name of the train station is Zandvoort aan Zee.

Areas in and around Zandvoort will be divided into rings. Within each ring is indicated which users have access to the area.

F1 Dutch Grand Prix 2026

During Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix 2026 Zandvoort will not accessible by car. Both access roads to Zandvoort will be closed for motorized traffic.

Things to do at the Dutch Grand Prix 2026

  • Party at the Beach Clubs: Experience the vibrant nightlife of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee at their iconic beach clubs and pavilions. Popular hotspots include Woodstock 69, Republiek Bloemendaal, Far Out, Club Nautique, and Bernie’s Beach Club.
  • Go for a day trip to Amsterdam: Visit the Van Gogh Museum, the nearby Rijksmuseum and Moco modern art Museum. Take a canal cruise and experience Amsterdam from water. More things to do in Amsterdam >>
  • Visit Haarlem. The city of Haarlem is 10 minutes away from Zandvoort. Here you can see beautiful architecture, picturesque canals, visit local shops, markets, breweries. Zandvoort aan Zee is a relatively small beach town in the Netherlands, so we recommend you to book a hotel in Zandvoort well in advance.
