On 20 to 24 August 2025, SAIL Amsterdam, the most famous maritime festival, will take place in Amsterdam. Over the course of five days, more than 2,3 million people will come to visit the event. SAIL Amsterdam 2025 cruises, packages and tickets
The prices of the SAIL cruises and packages vary but you can book tickets from € 32,50 per person.
If you want to SAIL on a boat, we recommend to reserve your tickets as soon as you stat planning your trip:
- cruise boat tickets organized by Lovers boat company, duration is 1 hour – from € 32,50.
- SAIL Amsterdam cruise in an open boat with drinks – from € 47,50.
- SAIL drinks and bites cruise – 100 minutes arrangement with included delicious drinks on board, daily departures on 20 – 24 August 2025 at 14:15, 16:30 and 18:45 from € 90.
- SAIL evening cruise with fireworks and bubbles – this cruise departs daily on 20 – 24 August 2025 at 21:30. Arrangement price includes a glass of bubbles. Tickets prices start from €110.
You can also join official cruises during the SAIL-In or SAIL-Out Parade:
- SAIL-IN: the entry of tall ships (2 hours, including 2 drinks) – from € 99.
- SAIL-OUT: closing ceremony cruise (2 hours, including 2 drinks) – from € 99.
Is it true that SAIL Amsterdam 2025 is a free event?
You don’t need tickets to visit the ships, tall ships festival, parade, shows and concerts. These events are free indeed. SAIL 2025 is one big party for everyone, connecting young and old from all cultures. But if you want to sail on a boat, you do need a ticket and prior reservation.
